I was responsible for creating the booklet, collaborating with Quicken Loans senior leaders, and coordinating the print production with our print center for each session.

summary

The Getting Back to Our Roots booklet was completed within two weeks from conception to completion. The booklet was used for the annual Engage, Empower, and Execute off-site conference for all Client Experience Operations across three states (Michigan, North Carolina, and Arizona) and spanned 6 – 8 weeks. The booklet included core focus, team member quotes, and senior business leader spotlights. A second edition was created in 2021.

The Communication Retreat was a breakout training focused on how third-party-facing team members can sharpen their communication skills. The training materials were branded and designed to engage attendees.
